The Esplanade Complex in which our office is located is comprised of numerous office towers, restaurants, retail businesses, movie theaters and the Ritz Carlton Hotel located on the South side of Camelback Road between 24th Street and 26th Street, directly across from the Biltmore Shopping Center.
Our office is located on the 8th floor of the Esplanade Tower V (2555 East Camelback Road) at the South West corner of Camelback Road and 26th Street. There is a traffic signal at this intersection. Other tenants in our building include Merrill Lynch, Harris Bank, Charles Schwab and UBS.
There are three parking options for your convenience:
- Above Ground Parking Structure. The above ground parking structure is located immediately south of our building between building 2575 (which says "Gallagher & Kennedy" on the front) and the McCormick and Schmick's Restaurant. The sign above the entry says "2555 & 2575 Visitor Parking Entrance". Please park only in the "visitor" parking spaces, which are clearly marked. Note your parking space number for your return. You can then walk outdoors, to the north, to our building (marked 2555) or take the elevator down to level B1 and walk North East through the underground parking garage to our building elevators (marked 2555).
- South Parking Garage. An underground parking garage is located below the AMC Theaters by proceeding to the south side of the Esplanade Complex and following the "Visitor Parking" sign into the parking garage. Please park only in the "visitor" parking spaces, which are clearly marked. Note your parking space number for your return. After parking, you can walk outdoors to our building or proceed underground through the garage to our building elevators (located in the North East section of the garage) which are marked as "2555".
- Valet Parking. You may also use the valet parking, at a nominal charge, located just southwest of our building, adjacent to the McCormick and Schmick's restaurant. We are unable to validate valet parking.
