Alison K. Shea is of-counsel in the firm's real estate and commercial transactions practice group.  She regularly negotiates and assists with purchases and sales of commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential properties including due diligence review. She also assists the firm's clients by negotiating and preparing office, retail, industrial, residential, and ground leases, covenants, conditions and restrictions, financing and loan documents (including legal opinion letters), easements, operating agreements and licensing agreements. In addition, Alison is experienced in assisting clients with residential apartment or office building to condominium conversions.
