Jack has practiced law for more than thirty five years. Jack has a diversified practice and advises clients in commercial civil litigation matters, real estate transactions, employment-related disputes, contract disputes, and general family matters. Jack represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels, and has significant experience appearing before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals of the Ninth Circuit.

Jack has served as a judge pro tempore with both the Arizona Court of Appeals (1992) and the Maricopa County Superior Court from 1991 - 2005. Jack's representation of clients has resulted in the publication of a number of significant cases, including Gilder v. PGA Tour, Inc., 936 F.2d 417 (9th Cir. 1991); Roden v. Jack received his B.S. degree in 1967 from Miami University (Ohio) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 1969. Jack was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 1971, where he practiced until 1975, and he was admitted to practice in Arizona in 1975.

Jack has been married over 40 years to his wife, Dale, who is also an attorney. Jack and Dale have two sons and three grandchildren. For many years, Jack coached a traveling soccer team, but now concentrates on his golf and tennis.
