Rob Maysey practices in all areas of commercial real estate, including the representation of private investors and developers in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing and financing of office buildings, industrial parks and other projects.   

Mr. Maysey has considerable experience in representing borrowers in the negotiation of a wide variety of commercial real estate lending transactions.  Mr. Maysey's practice also includes representation of both buyers and sellers in the negotiation of purchase and sale contracts, as well as both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of ground, office, retail, industrial and other commercial leases and subleases.  Mr. Maysey also regularly assists clients in analyzing title and survey issues, and with condominium projects.   

Mr. Maysey has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, and has assisted clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and in the development of franchising systems.   

Mr. Maysey is an avid sports fan, including baseball, football, and mixed martial arts.  He enjoys brazillian jiu-jitsu, and is actively working on establishing the Mixed Martial Artists Fighters Association.  Mr. Maysey is also in the process of obtaining his Real Estate Appraisers License.
