Nathan Gallinat is a commercial litigation and construction law attorney who represents general contractors, subcontractors, and construction project owners in litigation.
Nathan also counsels his clients on business disputes and contract negotiations. In keeping his clients’ big picture objectives at the forefront, Nate enjoys navigating a resolution to achieve a favorable outcome for his clients. In working with construction professionals for several years, Nate continues to admire their relentless work ethic, grit, and entrepreneurial spirit. Nate is recognized by Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” for his work in construction law, commercial litigation, litigation – construction, and insurance law. He has also been recognized by Phoenix Magazine as a Top Lawyer in Construction Law. Additionally, Nate is on the Board of the Construction Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Nathan earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2018. He participated in Notre Dame Law’s London Law Programme in which he developed a holistic view of the law and its role in society through a historical and international lens. Prior to law school, he earned his B.A. from Gonzaga University,
magna cum laude, in 2015. During his time at Gonzaga, in addition to fostering a love for Zags basketball, he developed a strong sense of community, particularly from volunteering and working with various youth populations. Nate serves on the Board of Directors of Voices for CASA Children. He has previously served as the President of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel during the 2022-23 term. When Nate is away from the office, he enjoys defeating his friends and brother in fantasy football, the challenge of heated high intensity interval training classes, playing hockey, improving his Swedish language skills, frequenting his favorite hiking trail, and exploring new destinations.
