Our Partner, Richard Bookspan, recently passed away. Richard was a well-liked and respected business, estate planning, and probate attorney in Phoenix. He was a kind and generous attorney whose clients appreciated his knowledge and understanding to help them in difficult times and to position them for success. Richard gave back to the profession in many ways, including serving on professional boards and always being available to consult with other attorneys. Richard’s passion for cycling and music was always a topic for great conversation. We are thankful to have known and worked with Richard. He is missed.
