Greg Davis’s law practice includes complex family law, including high-conflict custody and parenting time disputes, business valuation disputes, property disputes, child support, and spousal maintenance.
Greg Davis, a shareholder at Warner Angle, takes a multifaceted approach to family law, including offering services on both litigation and collaborative divorce tracks.  Mr. Davis has been among those to spearhead collaborative divorce in Arizona, a process which provides clients with options well beyond the reach of the family court system. Additionally, Mr. Davis focuses on family-adjacent civil litigation, such as marital torts, including breach of fiduciary duty, battery, and defamation. Since 1992, Mr. Davis has successfully handled thousands of matters covering a diverse array of family law topics. He has also served as an adjunct professor, a mediator, a parenting coordinator, and an arbitrator. Mr. Davis is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Davis received his BA degree in English, cum laude from Tufts University in Boston, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence  from Emory University School of Law. He subsequently founded a boutique family law firm before joining Warner Angle.
