Kelsey Higgins is a litigation associate at Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC.

Kelsey earned her J.D. and Masters of Sports Law & Business from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Kelsey was an editor on the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and externed at numerous civil litigation firms throughout the Valley. Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Human Resources and a Minor in Sports Studies from Pennsylvania State University. While at Penn State, Kelsey was a recruiting intern for the Penn State Football Team. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys Pilates, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
