Phillip Visnansky's practice focuses on helping families navigate complex cases involving probate, guardianship, conservatorship, trust, and estate planning issues.
While Phillip is often able to bring families together to avoid costly litigation, he has economically achieved client goals through numerous trials when settlement is not an option.
In addition to assisting families in navigating the legal realities of death and incapacity, Phillip also focuses on helping senior citizen-orientated businesses navigate a complex regulatory environment. Broadly targeting licensure issues, customer relations, and governmental compliance matters, Phillip brings a practical perspective to the legal considerations that businesses face in serving Arizona’s elderly community.
Philip earned his law degree at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He was a member of the Arizona State Law Journal for two years, ultimately serving as an Articles Editor overseeing the selection of articles for publication. He was named a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar during multiple semesters for his outstanding academic achievement. Phillip also received the John J. Ross Award for outstanding achievement in his Business Association course work.
Phillip is an Arizona native, born in Phoenix. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Northern Arizona University. He was named Outstanding Senior of the Year for the College of Arts and Sciences, where he was a member of numerous organizations. Currently, Phillip is pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Grand Canyon University.
Phillip's outside interests include current events, military history, technology, and spending time with his wife and family. He is a member of the Arizona Historical Association.
Phillip is admitted to the practice of law in Arizona and Pennsylvania.
